How to Apply
Before being approved to live in our beautiful community, any applicant over the age of 17 must complete a Knollwood Estates application. Only applicants with an excellent credit history and excellent character will be accepted. Each applicant is required to meet our strict criteria and understand our rules and regulations before being accepted as a resident in our community.
$25.00 Application Fee
A non-refundable $25.00 application fee is required for each applicant over the age of 17. Applications are available in the Knollwood Estates office at 100 Tanglewood Drive, Freeport, IL 61032.

Complete the Application
Every applicant over the age of 17 must complete a full application. The $25.00 non-refundable application fee is due at the time of submission.
Credit & Background Review
All applicants are subject to a thorough credit history and character review. Only applicants with an excellent credit history and excellent character will be accepted.
Review Rules & Regulations
Each applicant must read and understand the Knollwood Estates rules and regulations before being accepted as a resident. Our staff will walk you through all requirements.
Approval & Welcome
Once approved, you will be welcomed as a resident of Knollwood Estates. Our team will guide you through the next steps to get settled into your new home.
